Music capital for one day
On October 24, ‘the biggest traveling festival in the Netherlands’ will once again transform Utrecht into the Music Capital of the Netherlands, for at least one day. With 69 performances at 35 locations, this is the second-largest Popronde in the Netherlands and features a record number of artists performing in the city. All performances are free to attend!

Popronde takes place at a variety of unique locations in the city center (and beyond). Think of places like Warmoes, BUNK, camping Ganspoort, Stathe, and Nijverheid, but also shops like bookstore Broese, vintage store Thrifttale, electronics store Hifi Klubben, and cafés such as Tilt!, De Zaak, Kafé België, and Klein Berlijn.

New locations this year include Stadsklooster Utrecht, Moira, de Hondekop, Willem Slok, De Bastaard, cafe de Achtertuin, Moxy Hotel, and Tigers Gym, located in the former nightclub de Vrije Vloer. Plenty to discover!

Popronde Utrecht Program on October 24, 2024
The Popronde Utrecht program starts at 4:00 PM with Djerra Joan in Thrifttale and continues until 2:00 AM with BUG at the Afterparty in EKKO. Don’t want to stop after that?
