Gurriers

The emerging Irish band Gurriers brings a fusion of post-punk, noise rock, and shoegaze in new, transcendent, and sometimes danceable forms. Over the past few years, the post-punkers have been refining their addictive and provocative sound, slowly moving towards the release of their debut album ‘Come and See’. Inspired by timeless debut albums of The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, The Chemical Brothers, and Black Midi, the first album is not just an ordinary debut but an exciting statement of intent by five people who are tired of politely dealing with chaos. Gurriers has already performed at events such as Into The Great Wide Open, London Calling, Left of the Dial, and Loose Ends, and was a special guest of Tramhaus at their show at the Maassilo.
